Privacy Policy

Nothing from tool usage. Finance calculators, EXIF remover, image tools, QR generator, IQ Galaxy, PDF converter — all run 100% in your browser. Zero bytes of your data touch our servers.

Usage limits (localStorage only). Rate limits (e.g., 9 image processes/day) are tracked in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.

Newsletter email (optional). If you subscribe, we store your email in a secure database solely to send SAGVYN updates. You may request deletion at any time at info.sagvyn@gmail.com.

We use localStorage to store: IQ Galaxy streaks and scores, your preferred UI theme (light/dark), and daily usage counters for rate-limited tools. None of this is transmitted to us.

We do not use tracking cookies. We may use essential session cookies required for site security. Third-party ad networks (Google AdSense) may set their own cookies — see Section 4.

All file processing — photo metadata removal, PDF conversion, image resizing — runs entirely on your device using browser APIs (Canvas, FileReader, WebAssembly). Your files are never uploaded to SAGVYN servers.

After you close the browser tab, all file data is discarded from memory automatically.

SAGVYN uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history.

You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. We do not control what Google collects via their ad system.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are popular. Data is aggregated — individual users are never identified. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

Our tools require no registration. No personal data is collected during normal use. If you are under 13 and have submitted an email address, please ask a parent to contact us at info.sagvyn@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.

Newsletter emails are stored in Google Firebase Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. All pages are served over HTTPS. We never sell, trade, or share your email with any third party.

You may request: access to your stored email, correction of incorrect data, or deletion of your email from our database. Email info.sagvyn@gmail.com — we respond within 72 hours.

SAGVYN links to third-party sites for reference. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing any personal information.

We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with an updated date. Continued use of SAGVYN after changes means you accept the revised policy. Significant changes will be noted in our newsletter.
